Welcome to Journē Seven! By accessing or using our website (vegansocialtribe.com) and services (collectively, the “Site”), or by placing an order with Journē Seven (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Overview of Services

Journē Seven operates an e-commerce platform offering print-on-demand merchandise (such as apparel and accessories) featuring our original designs. Our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner, which manufactures and ships products on our behalf. Because items are custom printed per order, we do not maintain an inventory of pre-made goods. By purchasing from our Site, you acknowledge that a third-party service will produce and deliver your items, and you agree to our Terms governing such transactions.

2. Account Registration (Optional)

Creating a user account on our Site is optional. You may check out as a guest or choose to register an account for a personalized experience. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity under your account. We recommend using a strong password and keeping it secure. Whether as a guest or registered user, you must ensure that all information provided (such as contact and shipping details) is truthful and up-to-date. No minimum age requirement is imposed to browse or purchase on our Site; however, if you are under the age of 18, please ensure you have the permission of a parent or guardian before providing personal information or payment details.

3. Placing Orders and Payment

All prices on our Site are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price for each product, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout (including WooCommerce Payments (WooPay) for a fast, secure checkout experience). Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor (WooCommerce Payments), and we do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the information is accurate.

Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing the details. This confirmation indicates that we have received your order request. If we discover any issue (such as an out-of-stock product or a pricing error) after you’ve placed your order, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order. In such cases, we will contact you with options (e.g. substitution, cancellation or refund). We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Fulfillment Time: Because our products are printed on demand, please allow a processing period for production. Typically, it takes about 3–7 business days to fulfill an order before it ships out. (Fulfillment times can occasionally be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.) Once produced, your order will be shipped directly from our fulfillment partner’s facility.

Shipping Times: Shipping transit times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. For example, delivery after dispatch is often 3–4 business days within the continental USA, longer for international destinations (e.g. ~6–8 business days to Europe). International orders may take 10–20 business days or more depending on the destination. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates and Carriers: Shipping fees will be calculated and presented at checkout. We work with reputable carriers (e.g. USPS, FedEx, DHL) via our vendor to deliver your order. The choice of carrier may depend on your location and order contents. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

Customs & International Orders: For customers outside the U.S., additional customs or import taxes and fees may be charged by your local authorities upon delivery. Any such fees are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs processing times or charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any potential import costs. By ordering from our Site, international customers agree to comply with all local import requirements and laws.

Delivery Issues: If your order is not received within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery, please: (a) verify that the shipping address you provided is correct; (b) check the tracking information and with your local post office or carrier; and (c) check if a delivery attempt notice was left. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at the email below so we can assist. We will work with you to track down the shipment or, if necessary, file a report with the carrier for a lost package. (Our vendor’s shipping methods include tracking, though tracking accuracy may vary by carrier.) In cases of confirmed loss in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund per our Return Policy.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen factors such as customs clearance, postal strikes, natural disasters, or carrier delays once the package is in transit. However, we will do our best to support you in resolving any shipping issues.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Journē Seven’s Return Policy allows for returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Item: If the product arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please report any damaged or wrong items within 30 days of receiving the order. Contact us at our support email with your order number and a description of the issue, including clear photos of the damaged or defective product. We will verify the problem and send a free replacement or issue a full refund, as appropriate. (In rare cases, our vendor’s quality control might miss an issue or items can be damaged in transit, and they will cover replacements for such problems.)
  • Incorrect Item or Size Received: If you received a different item or size than what you ordered, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will correct the mistake by sending the correct item at no additional cost or by providing a refund. We may ask for a photo of the item or other proof to confirm the mix-up.
  • Size Exchanges (Customer Ordered Wrong Size): If you ordered the wrong size or the item doesn’t fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size. Because our products are made on-demand (new products must be printed for an exchange), we currently allow one size exchange per item as a courtesy to our customers. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to arrange a size exchange. We’ll provide instructions, which may include returning the original item (in unused, new condition) before a new size is produced. In some cases, we may charge additional shipping for the new item, but we do not charge any reprinting or restocking fee for your first size exchange. We strongly encourage reviewing the sizing charts on our product pages to help ensure you select the correct size before ordering.
  • Quality Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product you received (for example, you feel the print quality or garment quality is subpar), please let us know. We may, at our discretion, allow a return or offer a replacement/refund if the quality issue is verified. “Quality dissatisfaction” means that the product you received does not meet reasonable expectations in terms of workmanship or materials (e.g., a print is blurry or off-center, or the fabric is ripped or substantially different from description). We may request photos or additional details to evaluate the issue. If we determine the product did not meet our quality standards, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Procedure to Request a Return/Exchange: To initiate any return, exchange, or report an issue, please email us at hi@vegansocialtribe.com (our customer service email) within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days of the delivery date for lost packages). Provide your order number, a clear description of the problem, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond as soon as possible with next steps. In cases of returns for size or dissatisfaction, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send products back to the return address on the package (often the Printful facility) without contacting us first, as this may not be properly processed.

Condition of Returns: For size exchanges or quality-related returns (other than damaged/defective items), the item should be in unworn, unwashed condition. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear or misuse.

Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for purely subjective reasons such as a change of heart about the design or color, except where such dissatisfaction is tied to a bona fide quality issue as described above. Because each item is made to order just for you, we cannot restock returned items, so we ask that you carefully review product details (size charts, descriptions, and images) before purchasing. Minor differences between the product and how it appears on the website (for example, slight color variations due to screen display differences) are not considered defects. Color Disclaimer: We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible, but actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to individual monitor settings and printing processes. By placing an order, you acknowledge that minor color or appearance variations can occur, and such small differences will not qualify as defects or “quality issues” under our return policy.

Refunds: If a refund is issued (whether due to returning an item or due to an order issue we cannot resolve with a replacement), the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable time for the credit to appear on your account. Shipping fees (if any were charged) are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to a defective or incorrect product situation, in which case we will refund the original shipping cost as well. We will notify you via email once your refund or replacement is processed.

This Return Policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. If you have any questions about whether a return or exchange is possible in your case, please contact us – our goal is to ensure you have a great experience with Journē Seven.

6. Product Descriptions and Images

We aim to provide accurate descriptions for all products, including details on materials, sizing, and design. However, slight variations can occur. Product images on our Site (including mockups) are for illustrative purposes; the actual item you receive may have minor differences (for example, pattern placement or color tone) due to the nature of the printing process and differences in display screens. Such minor variations are not considered defects as they are normal in print-on-demand merchandise. We cannot guarantee that every monitor or mobile display will accurately portray the true color of the product, though we make every effort to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible.

All sizes and measurements are provided to the best of our ability. There may be slight discrepancies in sizing (usually within standard manufacturing tolerances). If you have questions about product details, please review the information on the product page or contact us prior to purchase. We want you to have confidence in what you’re ordering.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Printful: As noted, we use Printful as a third-party fulfillment service. By purchasing from us, you understand that Printful will receive certain order information (such as your name and shipping address) necessary to produce and ship your items. We will handle any coordination with Printful on production or quality issues, so you should always reach out to us (not Printful) for customer service on your order. While our vendor’s policies (production standards, etc.) apply to the manufacturing process, these Terms (Journē Seven’s terms) cover your purchase and relationship with us. We are not responsible for our vendor’s separate terms or any promises made in our vendor’s own materials, and any third-party terms are solely between you and that third party.

WooCommerce & Woo Pay: Our Site is built on the WordPress/WooCommerce platform, and we utilize WooCommerce Payments (WooPay) to process transactions. These are third-party services that have their own terms of use and privacy policies. For example, when using Woo Pay, you might have the option to save payment details for faster checkout in the future; any such features are governed by WooCommerce’s terms. We are not a party to the agreements between you and these third-party providers. However, we have carefully chosen these reputable providers to enhance your shopping experience. If you encounter an issue attributable to a third-party service (like a payment processing error), we will assist in liaising with that service to the best of our ability, but note that the third party’s terms and policies may apply.

External Links: Our Site or communications may occasionally include links to other websites or services that are not operated by us (for example, a blog post might credit a source or a social media link). These external sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not have control over their content or policies. We do not endorse or assume liability for any third-party websites or resources. If you choose to visit or utilize any third-party links, you do so at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Journē Seven Site, including but not limited to the brand name and logo “Journē Seven,” product designs, graphics, logos, images, text, and the website’s overall look and feel, are intellectual property owned by Journē Seven or our licensors. This includes the original artwork and designs printed on our merchandise, which are created by or for Journē Seven. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of the Site’s content or our products without express prior written permission from us. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of that physical item, but does not grant any rights to reproduce or use the design/artwork for other purposes. Journē Seven reserves all rights to its intellectual property. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property (including our product designs) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You are welcome to share our website URL or product images via social media or direct links for personal, non-commercial purposes (for example, to show others what you purchased or to recommend our products), but only if such sharing does not alter the images and properly attributes the source to Journē Seven. For any commercial partnership or licensing inquiries, please contact us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Use of Site: Your use of our Site and services is at your sole risk. The Site and all products and services provided by Journē Seven are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, except as explicitly stated in these Terms or as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement) with respect to the Site and the products sold. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times, or that any defects will be corrected immediately.

Product Warranties: We strive for quality, but we do not make any guarantees beyond our stated Return Policy regarding the products. We explicitly do not guarantee that the colors, sizes, or design placement will be exactly as seen on your screen (minor variations are expected as described above), nor do we guarantee longevity of prints or materials beyond normal wear-and-use expectations. That said, if you encounter any real issues (defects, etc.), our Return Policy provides remedies within specified time frames.

No advice or information (oral or written) obtained from Journē Seven or through the Site will create any warranty not expressly made herein.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, any implied warranties are limited to the minimum duration permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Journē Seven’s liability to you is limited. We (and our owners, employees, affiliates, agents, and partners) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits or revenues, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In particular, we are not liable for delays in fulfillment or delivery, or for any defects/issues originating from the third-party services we use (such as manufacturing or shipping errors caused by Printful or delays by shipping carriers) beyond the remedies we provide in our Return Policy. Our responsibility for product issues is limited to providing a replacement or refund as described in these Terms.

Cap on Liability: In all cases, Journē Seven’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our products or Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Journē Seven for the order in question. For example, if you bought a shirt from us and have a claim regarding that purchase, our maximum liability would be the price you paid for that shirt (including any shipping/tax). If you did not make any purchase and your claim is about use of the free portions of our Site, then we owe no damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of the claim (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer (if applicable) are not waived or limited by this provision.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Journē Seven and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Site or products; (b) your breach of these Terms or of any law or regulation; or (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim). This indemnity obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time as our business, technology, or legal requirements evolve. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page (unless a later effective date is specified). The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the latest revision date. We encourage you to review our Terms periodically for any changes. By continuing to use the Site or making a purchase after any modifications to the Terms are posted, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the Site. No change will retroactively affect any dispute between you and us arising prior to the date the updated Terms were posted.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Florida (without regard to its conflict of law principles). By using this Site, you agree that any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Your State/appropriate jurisdiction], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are an international customer, please note that, as a U.S.-based business, we operate under U.S. law. We do not represent that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access the Site from outside the U.S. do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

14. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted to fulfill its intended purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: Journē Seven may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms (for example, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets) without notice to you. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Headings: Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
